In case you're wondering, "What's with the yellow dot?" I'd like to explain.

The yellow dot represents you. It represents what you have to say when we are together.

In the midst of the busyness of life—the projects, the priorities, the people—there are so many distractions to keep us from being present, really present, in the moment.

 

The yellow dot is my commitment to you that, as your coach, you have my undivided attention during our conversations. 

It symbolizes the essence of how and why I coach: to cut out all the noise so I can be present and in service of you.

What you can expect

I’ve been on some of the same journeys that you have found yourself on, and they have, in part, prepared me to coach you. I’ve successfully navigated transitions—job changes, career changes, leadership changes, layoff, empty nesting, and so on. I've experienced developing my leadership presence and branding and re-branding myself. And I know what it is like to wonder why I was put on this Earth and how to fulfill my purpose and do what really matters.

My passion for coaching is deeply aligned with my core values of integrity, lifelong learning, human dignity, and respect. It also fits well with one of my love languages: acts of service.

 

As your coach, I will:

  • provide a safe, objective and non-judgmental space for you to think out loud.

  • promise confidentiality—nothing you say is shared by me.

  • invite you to look at and think about things in new ways.

  • shine a light to help you achieve clarity.

  • help you connect the dots, make sense of things and take action to move forward.

 

I believe I am called to be a leadership coach and serve others who want to have an enduring impact by confidently living purpose-filled, successful and significant lives.
