Yellow Dot over grayscale dots.png

Welcome to Yellow Dot Leadership Coaching. It's nice to see you here.

In case you're wondering, "What's with the yellow dot?" I'd like to explain.

The yellow dot represents you. It represents what you have to say when we are together.

In the midst of the busyness of life—the projects, the priorities, the people—there are so many distractions to keep us from being present, really present, in the moment.

The yellow dot is my commitment to you that, as your coach, you have my undivided attention during our conversations.

It symbolizes the essence of how and why I coach: to cut out all the noise so I can be present and in service of you.

What's your story?

You and I are each wonderfully and uniquely made, and I believe we are each called to a higher purpose. This is the viewpoint I bring to coaching.

Maybe you feel stuck in a rut and you’re not sure how to move forward. Something is holding you back from taking a step towards greater fulfillment. You know something needs to change, but you’re not sure what, how or in what direction to move.

I can help you shift your mindset, see new possibilities and take action.

Maybe you feel like you’re ready to make a move—transition from here to there—and want to make sure your next move is the right move. You’re thinking about changing jobs, but you don’t want to change just for the sake of change. You see retirement looming on the horizon, yet you still want to make a meaningful contribution and finish strong.

I can help you focus on what matters—your own yellow dots—find your way through your next transition, and come out the other side feeling a greater sense of fulfillment.

Maybe you struggle with how best to present yourself—in person and online. You haven’t really figured out your personal brand or leadership presence, but you want to present yourself professionally in a way that will serve you well.

I can bring my marketing and communications expertise to support you in finding answers, defining your personal brand and strengthening your leadership presence.

Maybe you’re not satisfied with your career, but you’re not sure why. You’ve worked hard and experienced success in your career and your personal life, but whatever you’re doing, it no longer fills your cup. You wonder what your higher purpose is and how you can fulfill it.

I can support you to do the personal groundwork needed to answer some of life’s biggest questions and find your sweet spot—where everyone wins.

What you can expect

I’ve been on some of the same journeys that you have found yourself on, and they have, in part, prepared me to coach you. I’ve successfully navigated transitions—job changes, career changes, leadership changes, layoff, empty nesting, and so on. I've experienced developing my leadership presence and branding and re-branding myself. And I know what it is like to wonder why I was put on this Earth and how to fulfill my purpose and do what really matters.

My passion for coaching is deeply aligned with my core values of integrity, lifelong learning, human dignity, and respect. It also fits well with one of my love languages: acts of service.

As your coach, I will:

  • provide a safe, objective and non-judgmental space for you to think out loud.

  • promise confidentiality—nothing you say is shared by me.

  • invite you to look at and think about things in new ways.

  • shine a light to help you achieve clarity.

  • help you connect the dots, make sense of things and take action to move forward.

I believe I am called to be a leadership coach and serve others who want to have an enduring impact by confidently living purpose-filled, successful and significant lives.

If this sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s talk. I can help you as you continue to write your story.

When you really listen to another person from their point of view, and reflect back to them that understanding, it's like giving them emotional oxygen.
